An alumni of the Academy of Art, San Francisco, USA, Mr. Rajiv Chilaka’s entrepreneurial journey started with a vision of creating an animation studio at par with the best in the world. This took shape with the establishment of Green Gold Animation in 2004. In an industry still in its nascent stages, his journey was punctuated with more challenges than opportunities. Braving the odds, he created and brought India’s most loved and iconic character, Chhota Bheem, to life.
Today, as the CEO of the Green Gold Group, he leads a team of over 800 artists who have produced over 10 shows, 700 episodes, 80+ TV movies and 4 Feature films in the last decade itself. Green Gold Group’s footprint spans across television, movies, digital and L&M reaching an audience of over 60 million kids globally. It also owns and licenses India’s biggest children’s IP with over 100 brands across multiple categories.
Under his leadership, Green Gold Animation has won many accolades and achieved many a milestone, the most recent being the creator of India’s first Netflix original animation series, Mighty Little Bheem. A global success, Mighty Little Bheem is a testament to the spirit of creation that drives Rajiv and the Green Gold Group.
COO & Executive Director
Samir Jain is an energetic entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience.
He is a key stakeholder in the SB group of companies that has a total turnover of over USD 45 Million.
Samir has varied business interests in Real Estate, Chemicals, Plastics, PU Foam and FMCG products.
He got associated with Rajiv in the early days and has been a guiding force in expanding Green Gold’s endeavors.
At Green Gold, Samir looks after the Licensing & Merchandising vertical.
Chief Strategy Officer
Srinivas Chilakalapudi has over 20 years of experience and spearheads the strategy of the company and works closely with the executive team in defining the roadmaps of each of the business verticals.
He has been associated with Green Gold since its inception in an advisory role and took up a full-time position in 2011.
Prior to Green Gold, Srinivas held Senior Management roles at technology companies and was instrumental in setting up and building their offshore R&D centers in India. He worked with Advanced Computer Communications (acquired by Ericsson), ActivIdentity, Agami Systems and Ocarina Networks (acquired by Dell).
He holds a M.S degree in CS from University of Missouri at Kansas City and a B.Tech degree in EEE from JNTU Hyderabad.
Head of US Operation
Marc Lumer is an animator and children’s book writer-illustrator. He collaborated, as a visual development artist on Warner Bros’ Batman Beyond, Superman and Freakazoid. He also worked under Jeffrey Katzenberg at Dreamworks on The Road to El Dorado and The Prince of Egypt. He worked with two-time Oscar winning director, Brad Bird (Ratatouille, The Incredibles, Iron Giant). In the last two decades, Marc has also lent his hand to a variety of projects at Disney TV Animation, Turner Feature Animation, Sony TV animation and Film Roman.
In Europe Marc has written and illustrated stories for some of the most popular European children’s magazines, such as Spirou and Tintin and in the US has published 10 children books. His "Bennys Mitzvah Notes", written for his son Benny was selected in 2014 as a notable book of the year by The Sydney Taylor Book Award Committee. His books are translated in French, Hebrew, Spanish and Russian.

Bharath Laxmipati is a Sales and Marketing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and 22 years of business experience across global markets & diverse businesses.
His key responsibility includes driving the companies content sales worldwide and managing the theatrical film distribution business.
He also pursues exciting industry partnerships exploring new revenue streams and monetising in non-traditional markets.
Vice President - Operations
Accomplished Senior leader with over 20 years of in depth business process experience coupled with a proven ability to align strategies with business objectives. A change agent adept at driving complex business transformations by architecting effective solutions and ensuring a definitive return on investments.
Able to distill complex business processes and define/implement technology strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Builds strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization to achieve successful adoption of initiatives.
Experienced in managing large portfolio of programs with strategic investments. Excels in building and motivating large teams consisting of onsite/offshore/outsourced delivery models to achieve operational excellence. A passionate leader who makes a significant impact to the organization by leveraging people, process and technology.
Associate Vice President - Licensing
Anvita Prasad is a marketing & sales professional and heads the Licensing & Merchandising vertical for Green Gold. She’s a marketeer with creative streak and has an inherent love of art & stories.
She has been associated with children products for more than 13 years has worked with renowned brands like Star India, Warner Bros, Milton, Egmont Publishing etc. At Green Gold, Anvita works very closely with all her licensing partners and it is her constant endeavor to provide world class and innovative products to Chhota Bheem and Mighty Raju fans.
Head of Merchandise Sales (General Trade)
Sunder is a commerce graduate, He has spent 15 out of 25 years of corporate experience in management audits of leading business houses in manufacturing, marketing & service sectors. Joined Green Gold in 2012 as Sales head for South, his current role is to ensure that the brand is adequately represented throughout India by able distributors and supporting the market with best trade practices in sales promotion & brand building.
Head- Marketing & Brand Associations
Kaushik had joined Green Gold to Head Marketing and Brand Association. A business professional with creative mindset having 18 years of diversified hands on experience in Retail, Marketing and Branding, Alliances, Loyalty, Corporate Sales & Media. He focuses in unconventional Go To Market strategies to meet varied business objectives.
