Maintenance of Accounts payables and Accounts
receivables
Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets,
income statements, and profit and loss statements.
Maintains the general ledger.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial
data.
Maintenance of various books of accounts,
general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers like purchase, sales and assets etc.
Performs general cost accounting and other
related duties in the accounting department.
Verifies payment of invoices associated with
accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Performs
other related duties as assigned.
