HR Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-

1. Network through industry contacts, social media, and internal references
2. Coordinate for recruiting initiatives
3. Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
4. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and metrics for each role.
6. Send test files to applicants and conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the candidate selection
7. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
8. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
9. Assist in onboarding formalities and induction process
10. Support in creating a joyful environment with fun activities and employee welfare activities
