Production Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Work experience: Minimum 3 + Years

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production Manager (PM) will manage the artists and production personnel from pre production through post production.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage overall production schedule including inter departmental workflow, and monitor department budgets, schedule and priorities.Track the status of every sequence and shot in the production.

Working closely with the Animation Directors, the PM is responsible for the day to day running of the project,managing established schedules and budgets,through production planning, coordinating and troubleshooting. Directly supervises  coordinators, production assistants and other production personnel.

• Create schedules to ensure completion of production on time and on budget, balancing artistic  and productivity requirements.

• Attend all relevant meetings to promote effective communication throughout the production team.


REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of production management experience showing career progression, preferably in animation production.

• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management and with diverse personalities and work styles.  Strong organizational, project management and leadership skills.

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong computer skills including MS word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Management software.

• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in film, art, theatre, communications or related field a plus.
