Green Gold Animation Pvt ltd is one of the first few entrants in the Indian animation industry with the unique knowledge of developing original IP Content. It created a niche for itself in the industry by producing Vikram Betal, Krishna series and the hugely popular Chhota Bheem.
Chhota Bheem: Green Gold's super hit series on Pogo 'Chhota Bheem' (co-production with Turner International) is the winner of the Best Animated TV Series award at the ‘Golden Cursor Awards 2009 held in Mumbai, India. Our content is produced for Turner International (Pogo TV). It started as a 13 episode TV Series, and based on the popularity it got extended and till date more than 60 episodes were delivered and work is underway on more episodes. Based on this popularity, Green Gold is now establishing the merchandise activity for its contents. In its third year of operations, Green Gold landed its first major project — a contract with Doordarshan — to produce Bongo, a serial featuring an alien character and involving a mix of 3D and live action. Rudraksha Arts, Mumbai, produced the serial while Green Gold invested the animation cost, he says. Green Gold has also tied up with Prime Movies International to form PMI Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd. Vikram Betal, an 82-minute long animation film released in 2005 on Cartoon Network took the company nine months and 60 people to make. Debuted on August 16, 2006: Krishna: The Birth is the enchanting tale of the miraculous birth of Lord Vishnu in the form of baby Krishna to Vasudev and Devaki. The four part series of Krishna would cover the birth of Krishna, Krishna's childhood, Krishna's teenage, and Krishna killing Kansa. Following are the links to our various products:
