Founded in 2001 with just 8 employees Green Gold Animation Pvt ltd   now has more than 150 employees working on some of the most path breaking original Indian content. Based in Hyderabad, Green Gold has earned an unique distinction of being the number one Indian Animation Content provider to Turner International. It is also one of the first few entrants in the Indian animation industry with the unique knowledge of developing original IP Content. It created a niche for itself in the industry by producing Vikram Betal, Krishna series and the hugely popular Chhota Bheem.

Green Gold Animation has recently ventured into merchandising and distribution. We released various products like Comics, DVDs, T Shirts, Stationary and so on. Plans are underway to come up with various new products in the near future.

Rajiv Chilaka : Founder & Managing Director : Holding a Master's degree in computer Science from   University of Missouri Kansas City USA, and Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mr Rajiv Chilaka has been instrumental in shaping the foundation of Green Gold Animation  from its inception  is currently running it operations His  intense passion and profound interest in animation led him to further  study this form of art at the Academy of Art, San Francisco, USA. There, he underwent Training in Script Writing, Story Boarding, 3D & 2D Animation, Visual Effects, and Direction.

He is the Director of the 2D Animated Movies Vikram Betal and Krishna. Which premiered on Cartoon Network in the Indian Sub-Continent.  His vision is to lead Green Gold into becoming another Disney or Pixar of the world.

He has worked as a Software Engineer in the US for 3 years at Cerner Corporation, Kansas City and at Telcordia, New Jersey prior to the opening of Green Gold Animation.

Samir Jain: Director : Is an energetic entrepreneur with over 20 years of  working experience and he is part of the SB group of companies that has a total turnover of USD 45 Million.

His business interest are varied and spread across  Real Estate, Chemicals, Plastics, Pu foam and FMCG products. It was his foresight, that led him promote and expand Green Gold brand.
