Graduate with strong verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of experience with proven track record, from Retail and FMCG sectors Proven track record in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Experience in corporate retail sales would be preferred Excellent networking skills with detailed knowledge of market Enthusiastic and energetic and work cohesively with team members Flexible and willing to work in fast paced environment Delivering a commitment than just an engagement
Job Description
Generating business from modern trade outlets / clients / distributors & stockists Meet the sales target as per defined plans and policies of the company Manage all sales and marketing activities of company products Planning & Execution of promotions/ new product launches Establish and develop long and profitable relationships with clients / customers Increase product awareness and ensure customer satisfaction Identification of possible new markets, clients and explore new opportunities Analyze and suggest new business strategies for the growth of existing and new business Drive marketing campaigns and effective merchandising activities Research potential consumers, industry trends and conduct competitive analysis Develop appropriate licensing strategies to further grow business and revenue
