Job Description
Manage day to day operations, office administration and facility maintenance First point of contact for regular ongoing operational issues Manage capability across to ensure smooth running of operations Resolve operational issues that may arise from day to day operations and process in collaboration with other functional heads and corporate office Proactive communication with the Management; Improve flow of information, communication and working relationship with colleagues and corporate office Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and vendors Provide necessary documentations and reports as and when required Arrangements for client visits and meetings
